5k Training Day 1

Chasers- we are 7 weeks out from the race.  My promise to you is this:

 

If you put in the work and the time you will be ready for this 5K.  No magic, no short cuts, no matter your fitness level.

Day #1- 30 minutes:  Walk for 2 minutes and then pick up your pace for 1 minute.  Your pace increase may be up to a faster walk, a jog, or a run, depending on your current running base. Repeat this pattern for 30 minutes.
